Members of JA get special DCA Membership

The trade association for fine jewelry retailers in USA, Jewelers of America (JA) has announced a partnership for educational purposes with the Diamond Council of America (DCA). This partnership will provide JA members special access to DCA education and membership.

According to a press release by the JA and DCA, some of the benifits of this partnership includes:

i)JA members can participate in exclusive DCA membership program even if they are not currently members of the DCA. If they join DCA for 1 year , they receive a free DCA 2nd year membership (Worth $100) covered by JA.

ii)Access to online cources on how to sell diamonds and colored stones by the Diamond Council of America (DCA). These online courses will be offered at a special discounted price of US$90 (The regular price is US$115). This discounted program is available for both JA members as well as DCA members, including new members.

According to Matthew A Runchi, President of the Jewelers of America This special partnership with DCA provides yet another education benefit to our members to improve their sales knowledge and increase customers’ confidence in their stores and the industry.”

The President of the Diamond Council of America, Terry Chandler noted that the DCA is pleased to offer the training courses and membership to the JA members.

The Diamond Council of America (DCA) is a non-profit educational organization whose main aim is to educate sales professionals about diamonds and gemstones.
